It is time to finish the rest of the fascia. This is my solution for the transition area between the helix and the upper and lower levels.
This is my solution for the duck-under area.
I also added the fascia to the area by the large river and harbor scenes.
To complete the basic look of the layout, I covered all areas that were plastered in last month with ground cover.
Same thing in the back corner.
Here you can see the sloped area in the small section between the helix and the smaller river. The scenery flows a lot better now.
My first scratchbuilt tree is providing shade for small bushes growing around it.
And bushes are appearing in other parts of the layout, too.
